Now a days the viruses are removing and corrupting the most important system files.
To recover your missed files and corrupted files almost 80% of system users knows is repairing the entire operating system(windows).............!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

solution:
We have so many ways to repairing the system.One way is "type the command which is mentioned below in the command prompt or in the run (windows+r)".
"scf /scannow "
it will ask for your OS CD.Insert it in to the cdrom .It will automatically repair your system . For this one reboot is enough, after completion of repairing .Try it out & all the best.........................
This is mainly for who don't know about this.........
If u know already about this command it's good , no problem good luck..........
